Welcome to The Sustainable Life (abbr eviated as “TSL” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website. TSL is committed to safeguard the privacy of its users
Personal Information
Any information that can be used to identify you personally is referred to as personally identifiable information, including your first and last name, email address, home or other address, phone number, etc.
We gather any personal information you voluntarily provide to us, like profile details and contact email addresses. If you provide us with your email address, we may occasionally send you promotional emails. We’ll make sure they’re interesting and engaging, but you can always opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
Non-Personal Information
We might occasionally automatically gather statistical data about our users for our sponsors, advertising, partners in promotions, and affiliates. These statistics on page and picture views, incoming and outgoing links, device characteristics, operating system, browser type, and the number of visitors to a certain page or activity are just a few examples of the aggregate data that may be collected.
We use log files, like the majority of websites, to store this data. All of this automatically gathered technical data is not connected to any specific individual when it is gathered, but it might be connected to you in one of two situations: First of all, the technical data we gather that would otherwise be anonymous could alternatively be logged as coming from you if you choose to provide us with personal data about you as indicated above. Second, a third party, such as your internet provider, could use information other than that discovered on our servers to link our anonymous technical information with you if we are obliged to release our server logs in response to a subpoena or other legal action.
Cookies
To enhance how well our server interacts with your computer, we may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or other anonymous tracking information. We may also collaborate with third-party advertisers who may set or recognize a specific cookie on your browser (either directly or through their partners). These cookies make it possible to provide you more individualized advertisements, content, or services. We may provide a Web advertising partner with an encrypted or “hashed” (non-human readable) identification matching to your email address in order to cause these cookies, and that partner may then set a cookie on your machine. These cookies don’t include or have any connection to any personally identifying information. Despite the fact that our servers do not now react to “do-not-track” requests (see below), there are alternative ways to block these cookies, such as Googling for “[your browser] + disable cookies.”
Use & Disclosure of Information
Except in the following situations, we will never divulge, sell, lease, or rent your personal information to unaffiliated third parties:
a) If we have a good faith belief that disclosing the information is necessary in order to comply with the law, such as when it comes to enforcing our Terms of Service or defending the rights, property interests, or personal safety of us (including its employees, directors, suppliers, distributors, service providers, users of the Website, or others), or when the information is otherwise required by law. Only the information required to fulfill the request’s objectives will be disclosed.
b) With partners, marketers, and other third parties, we may share aggregate, anonymous, or summary data about our customers and their actions. Since this information does not identify you specifically, it cannot be used to identify you. We might divulge information to businesses that assist us, like a printer, mailing house, fulfillment business, credit card processor, email service provider, or site server, among others. These parties could require your personal information to carry out their tasks. These parties are only permitted to use the personal information we give them about you to assist us; they are not permitted to use it for any other reason.
Do not track
You can tell websites you visit that you do not want them to gather certain information about you by using the Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature you can set in your browser. We do not presently honor or respond to browser-generated Do Not Track signals or requests.
Modification to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated, changed, or modified from time to time. Any significant modifications to this policy will be posted here to notify users. To keep up with how we are defending the personal data we gather, we invite you to periodically examine our Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any upcoming amendments is implied by your continuous use of our website.
